Rachel Petro — Technician
Born and raised in Denver, Rachel has loved animals her whole life and has always dreamed of working with them.
Before joining the Animalhouse staff in 2006, she attended Pima Medical Institute where she received her certification as a Veterinary Assistant. Rachel lives in Thornton with her husband Don, where they share a home with 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a rabbit.
Jamie Verkler — Receptionist
Jamie Verkler was born and raised in Colorado. Throughout her life, she has owned many animals ranging from goats and horses to dogs and cats. Jamie was excited to join the Animalhouse team to combine her love for animals with her work.
